Tis the season for hayrides, corn mazes, trick or treat, Halloween parties, fall festivals and loads of fun. Oakland, California has some great events for you to attend and we have listed some here so you wonâ't miss out!
- Saturday, October 26th, on Lakeshore Avenue in Oakland, there will be the Lakeshore Halloween Parade and Fall Festival. The merchants on the avenue will be handing out small pumpkins, treat bags and treats for the small hobgoblins. There will be a performance by Hipline Studio of Thriller and after that; the parade will begin at 11:30. There will be a fall festival will be at the Lakeshore Baptist Church beginning at 10a.m. They will have face painting. This is a free event.
- Hacienda Halloween will be on Thursday, October 31st, beginning at 7 p.m. You can join in on some scary fun, meet some of the ghosts of Californiaâ's past, receive treats and partake in some of the tasty fall vegetables.
- The Annual Mountain View Cemetery Pumpkin Festival will be on Saturday, October 26th, from noon until 3 p.m.  There will be a parade, trick-or-treating, a tunnel made of hay, a pumpkin patch more fun for the younger ones. This event is free and on Piedmont Avenue.
