There is some good news regarding the Morgan Fire that has burned 3,100 acres since the 8th of September. The fire is not only completely contained and firefighters have headed back home, but parts of the Mount Diablo State Park have already been re-opened.
Videos of the blaze are as amazing as they are frightening. About 100 homes were threatened by the Morgan Fire, but ultimately, none were lost. Officials have blamed the cause on target shooting and fighting the blaze and losses sustained are said to be at $4.5 million.
