Can’t Miss Insurance for Your College Student
With the 4th of July right around the corner it is the perfect time to find a festive event that the whole family can enjoy. The Oakland, California area has many fun events that are fun for people of all ages. Staying in your hometown can allow you to find new, exciting places and spend time with all of your neighbors.
The Berkeley marina is having a Fourth of July spectacular from noon until 10 p.m., and is the biggest party in the area with all different kinds of free fun. The event features an Adventure Playground, where kids can build with different, child friendly tools, including hammers, saws, and paint, all with parental supervision. The Adventure Playground is open until 8 p.m. There is also a giant slide, and face painting, all right on the beach.
There will be live entertainment all day, starting at noon and going until 9:30 p.m., all on the main stage, and featuring performances by Bang Data that was featured on Breaking Bad, The Boston Boys, The Crooners, The Blondies, and The Allman Stepbrothers. There will also be entertainment on the Buddy Club Stage, in Shorebird Park, including juggling and magic acts.
Make sure to bring your appetite to enjoy the many food trucks that will be onsite from noon to 5 p.m. There will also be food booths, crafts, free dragon boat riding, massages, pony rides, and mechanical carnival rides for the more adventurous visitors. There will be an inflatable bouncy area, mini-train rides, giant slides, and water bubble ball rides, all which lead up to the grand finale of a fireworks show over the water starting at 9:30 p.m.
