On January 28th, the annual White Elephant Presale will return to the San Francisco Bay Area. Organized by the Oakland Museum Womenâ's Board, all proceeds from the sale will benefit the Oakland Museum of California. The sale will be held from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Oakland Museum of California warehouse at 333 Lancaster Street, Oakland, CA 94601. Admission will $20 at the door and $15 if you buy tickets in advance. Tickets are available for purchase at this link. The White Elephant sale is made possible by public donations. If you are interested in donating gently used, good quality items and would like to schedule a free pick-up, please call (510) 839-5919. Additionally, the Oakland Museum is accepting drop-off donations at their warehouse locations during scheduled drop-off hours. Last yearâ's White Elephant Sale raised an unprecedented $2.13 million.
